The success of Tube Home is not the result of one man. It is through the co-operation of my staff and their hard work. Of course, the continuous support of our customers and suppliers is also of great importance . 

From a humble beginning in 1976, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. has grown from strength to strength in tandem with the growth of the Malaysian furniture industry. Formerly known as Kai Lim Furniture Manufacturers Sdn. Bhd., Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. started its operation with a built-up area of 28,000 sq. ft. Presently, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. has expanded to three automated factories located in a sub-urban area of Kuala Lumpur within 35 acres of land, complete with advanced automated machinery.

A milestone was achieved in 1994 when Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. was awarded the Product Excellence Award and Export Excellence Award. Both awards were presented by YAB Dato' Seri Dr. Mahathir Bin Mohamad - the Prime Minister of Malaysia. The awards are not only recognised in Malaysia, but the reputation of Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. internationally has been enhanced as well. This is evident by the fact that Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been bestowed the 8th International Europe Quality Award and the Best Image of  Industry and Commerce Award.

With a wealth of almost 30 years of experience in the production of steel based furniture, and the commitment towards quality products, excellent service and most importantly , on time delivery, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. had once again gained its recognition worldwide when it had been given the honour to be the official bunk bed supplier for the Athletes Village in the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games. We successfully delivered 25,000 units of bunk beds within two months.

A name synonymous with quality, reliability and perfection, the short but proud history of  Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. has been given further recognition when its entrusted to supply 1,500 units of bunk beds or the Athletes' Village in the South Pacific Games, which is to be held in Fiji in May 2003.

An impressive array of international clientele makes up the core business of Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. Over the years, customers from over 35 countries have placed numerous furniture orders with Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd.  With a highly skilled workforce in excess of  300 workers, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. ensures that Client orders are processed, manufactured and delivered on time with minimal complaint, in line with the Company's motto: "QUALITY IS OUR POLICY".

At  present, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. is investing in aluminum die-casting and gravity moulding machines, which is specially used to manufacture outdoor garden furniture; a timer factory, which processes rubber wood furniture, and a plastic factory for manufacturing quality plastic furniture.

With the introduction of these ventures, Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. is able to expand its current range of furniture to an even wider range, to the extent that customers could place their orders with a combination of several types of furniture per container.  This will enable Tube Home (M) Sdn. Bhd. to further meet its customers' ever-changing demands and needs, in line with the trend of the 21st century.
